At our cheese wedding cake shop, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes in your plans.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns as per our returns policy.

In the unlikely event that we approve a refund, we will issue the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase. This ensures a smooth and secure process for our customers. Please note that we do not offer refunds in the form of store credit. 

• We also do not refund deposits.
• We do not offer a refund cake payment 3 weeks or before your wedding date.
• We will refund shipping costs if paid and not shipped.

Timeframe for Processing Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, we aim to process the refund within 7 working days. However, please be aware that it may take longer for the amount to be credited back to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. We recommend contacting your bank or payment provider for more information on their specific processing times.

Potential Deductions or Fees

In the rare instance that a refund is approved, we reserve the right to deduct any fees or costs incurred during the order process, such as delivery and packaging fees. We will inform you of any deductions or fees that may apply before processing the refund.
