We understand that there may be times when our customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase. In such cases, we have outlined our policy regarding returns and refunds below.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your cheese wedding cake order and wish to request a refund, you may do so up to 3 weeks before your wedding date. To initiate a refund, please follow the instructions below:

1. Contact our Customer Support team through our support portal under the General inquiries > Ordering section. Alternatively, you can email us at cakes@fdlcheeses.co.uk with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]."
2. Provide clear details about the reason for your refund request, along with any relevant documentation or images to support your claim.
3. Our Customer Support team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If your refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that refunds may be subject to certain conditions and restrictions, including but not limited to:

• Refund requests must be made within the specified timeframe (up to 3 weeks before the wedding date).
• The cheese wedding cake must not have been consumed, damaged, or altered in any way that would make it unsuitable for resale.
• Deposit is non-refundable
• In some cases, we may require additional information or documentation to process your refund request.
