Though we do not offer returns due to the perishable nature of our products, we are happy to provide customers with the option to exchange their cheese/cakes products instead of receiving a refund as long as it is 3 weeks before your wedding date.

Exchange Process
- Please contact our customer support team to request an order exchange. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for the change.
- Our customer support team will assess your request and, if approved, provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
- We can only change your cake order/cheese wheels no later than 3 weeks before your wedding date.
Additional Costs and Requirements
If the replacement items are of higher value than the original products, customers will be required to pay the difference in cost. If the replacement items are of lower value, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
Product Availability and Substitutions
We strive to maintain a wide range of cheese products in stock. However, there may be instances where a specific product is unavailable for exchange. In such cases, our customer support team will work with you to find a suitable substitution based on your preferences and requirements.
