How to Request a Shipping Address Change

1. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order. You can reach us by email at cakes@fdlcheeses.co.uk.

2. Provide your order number and the new shipping address you would like your cheese wedding cake delivered to.

3. Our customer support team will review your request and inform you of any additional fees or deadlines associated with the address change.

Deadlines and Fees for Address Changes

If you request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order, there will be no additional fees.
If you request an address change more than 24 hours after placing your order, but at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date, a £10 administrative fee will apply.
Address change requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date may not be accommodated due to the preparation and shipping process for our cheese wedding cakes. If you still need to change your shipping address within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team to discuss your options.

We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate your address change requests. However, please be aware of the deadlines and fees mentioned above before making any changes to your shipping address.
