At our cheese wedding cake shop, we understand the importance of timely delivery for your special day. We have partnered with DPD to provide you with a reliable delivery service. Here's what you need to know about our delivery process, expected timings, and guidelines to ensure a seamless experience.
Expected Delivery Time
Your cheese wedding cake order will be delivered by DPD before 12 pm, 1 to 2 days prior to your special day. During checkout, you will be charged a standard delivery fee of £20. Please note that we deliver anywhere in the UK, except for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or the Channel Islands.
To account for any unforeseen delays, we recommend choosing a delivery date at least 3 working days before your event. Make sure to use the notes section at checkout to provide any additional event details that we should be aware of.
Delivery Guidelines
- Someone must be present to sign for the cake and refrigerate it upon delivery. Our couriers cannot provide storage advice or leave the cake unattended unless you arrange it with them directly.
- You are responsible for contacting your venue or wedding coordinator/caterer to confirm that they can accept deliveries, as our couriers cannot do so.
- Delivery notifications will be sent to your email address on the same day. Please ensure your email address is correct.
- Your cheese wheel cake will be delivered in an insulated box. Stacking the cheese wheels on top of each other takes only a few minutes to assemble. If necessary, use dowelling and cake boards for added support.
