Changing or Modifying Your Cheese Wedding Cake Order

At the Cheese Wedding Cake Shop, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to adjust your cheese wedding cake order. 

In order to accommodate these changes, we have outlined our policy and procedures for modifying an order once it has been placed.

Changing or Modifying an Order:

1. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order. You can reach us by email at cakes@fdlcheeses.co.uk.
2. Provide your order number and the specific changes you wish to make, such as alterations to the cake design, size, or delivery date.
3. Our customer support team will review your request and inform you of any additional fees or deadlines associated with the changes.

Limitations and Restrictions:

Please note that certain order types, such as custom designs or expedited delivery requests, may not be eligible for modification. Additionally, there may be cut-off times for making changes to an order, depending on the stage of production or shipping.

Deadlines and Fees for Modifications:

If you request a modification within 24 hours of placing your order, there will be no additional fees.

If you request a modification more than 24 hours after placing your order, but at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date, a £10 administrative fee will apply.

Modification requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date may not be accommodated due to the preparation and shipping process for our cheese wedding cakes. If you still need to make changes within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team to discuss your options.
